What Makes This Challenge Different?

Unlike our traditional six-week challenge, the New Year’s Transformation Challenge kicks off with a synchronous start date. On January 6th, a group of 20 Challengers will embark on this journey together.


This live cohort setup creates a built-in support system of like-minded individuals who are working toward their goals alongside you. It’s accountability and community like never before, making this challenge even more engaging and effective.


Who Is This Challenge For?

This program is perfect for:

  • Those who are not currently in a consistent exercise routine

  • Anyone looking to restart or create sustainable fitness habits

  • Individuals eager to commit to a supportive community

If you’ve started and stopped fitness programs before, this challenge is designed to be the last restart you’ll ever need.


What’s Included?

1️⃣ Fitness

You’ll receive a personalized workout program based on SHINE FIT’s proven athletic training curriculum.


  • Phase One: 2.5 hours of moderate to vigorous exercise per week (3 sessions). This is the foundation for building consistency and unlocking 80% of the health benefits from exercise.

  • Phase Two: Once you’re consistent, we add fitness concepts like progressive overload and training splits for optimized results.


All classes are dance-based—high-energy, fun, and designed for all fitness levels. You’ll leave every session feeling stronger, happier, and more confident.


2️⃣ Mindset

Every Challenger gains access to our Mindset Transformation Course, a six-week video series designed to:


  • Shift your identity toward becoming a consistent, confident exerciser

  • Teach strategies for handling life’s inevitable challenges

  • Build the motivation to keep showing up

This is where the real transformation happens, turning fitness into a lifestyle.


3️⃣ Accountability

Accountability is the secret to making habits stick, and we’ve got you covered:


  • Weekly Accountability Calls: Small-group Zoom sessions to review your progress, celebrate wins, and troubleshoot challenges.

  • 1:1 Coach Access: Your coach is available to answer questions and keep you on track.

  • Private Slack Channel: Connect with other Challengers for motivation, support, and encouragement 24/7.


The Win Back Option

We believe in this program so much that if you complete 90% of your workouts, mindset trainings, and accountability calls, you’ll win back the full cost of the program as credit for future SHINE FIT memberships.


Use this credit for up to a year to keep your progress going, or walk away with no further commitment.


How to Join

The challenge starts January 6th, with only 20 spots available. Because we have such a limited number of spots, challengers will be accepted by application only.


After you submit an application, if your responses indicate you will be a dedicated challenger and a good personality fit for our community, you will be contacted for a zoom interview.


In your interview, we will overview your goals and have an honest discussion about if you're a good fit. If you're invited to proceed, we will send over a registration link. You must complete your registration and first payment to secure your spot.
