Summary
For many women, fitness can feel like a never-ending struggle with body image. Before joining SHINE FIT, Shruti felt extremely insecure about her arms and the way she looked—so much so that she never would have imagined dancing in just a sports bra.
But after just six weeks, that all changed.
What started as a simple Google search for dance classes in Toronto turned into a transformation she never expected—one where she found confidence, community, and a whole new way to move her body.
