For Alex, fitness was always something she did when she had time—but never something she prioritized. As a longtime horseback rider, movement was a part of her life, but when it came to group fitness, she’d drop into classes here and there without any real consistency.


That all changed when she joined SHINE FIT’s 6-Week Confidence Transformation Challenge.
